Do you want to participate in the Wider Countryside Butterfly Survey?

The WCBS is a rewarding and not-too-time-consuming survey, which helps to monitor the status of the UK's butterflies across the wider countryside. Participants are allotted a 1-km square and a fixed route to walk; the minimum level of survey required is two visits during July and August, but you have the option to make one or two additional visits during May, June, July or August. The visits must be at least 10 days apart.

You can find more details about the WCBS scheme here.
