Our village wildlife WhatsApp group put out word that there were Gatekeepers at the wildflower border at Berwick station. Sure enough, at least three males were around at 3pm today. The border is looking amazing at the moment - it's managed for wildlife by volunteers. I think this year the Gatekeepers are a couple of days later emerging than they were last year.
